We've been in the Deep Clean tile and carpet cleaning business for about 5 years. It's really about taking care of customers. As of today, Cintas offers its commercial carpet and tile cleaning service in 44 markets. That number is expected to almost double by the end of the fiscal year. In 3 - 4 years, this is going to be a large business for Cintas, delivering growth and profit. The expectations are set up front and the results speak for themselves and the results speak for themselves and our customers are more than willing to have us come back and clean their facilities multiple times. One of the unique aspects of our service is the intense training our service technicians have to complete at a dedicated training center in Cincinnati. The training is what sets us apart. There is classroom training and hands on training including even a mock hotel room. Our customers are taking notice.
