Defective iPod Touch

picked up an ipod touch today 9/14 at the apple store in emeryville, ca, but the screen was all messed up and all i saw were flashing bars of colors. every now and then you could kinda see the home screen. it responded to touch because the bars of colors would change. anyways, i took it in later that day and exchanged it with no problems. what you see is NOT a video (i wouldn't even know how to make a video like that). unfortunately i no longer have the unit so i can't touch it and prove it. s/n was 9C7370Lxxxx.
